The summit is internationally renowned for a diverse program
featuring a unique combination of international keynote speakers
from both health and industry who are true experts in redesign and
Lean Thinking. Delegates have opportunities to participate in the
program through oral and poster presentations. A blend of plenary,
concurrent and learning sessions deliver opportunities to create a
program rich in content for clinicians, improvement teams,
executives and support personnel.
In 2011, the summit organisers have chosen the theme
Redesigning for Patients and Performance. As we are required
to continually improve our performance to cope with increasing
demand, it is important to ensure the patient experience is kept
front and centre of our Redesign effort.
Pre Summit Program
A selection of pre summit workshops will be held on Monday 9th
May, 2011. These will cater for both the novice and expert
redesigner. Limited places will be available to visit exemplar
